Will you sign a NDA?

Of course. We have requests to sign them all the time. If you don’t have a NDA already, you might consider this one .

Can I interview a candidate before contracting?

Yes. First we need to know the scope of the project, so we can setup an interview with a dev that would actually work on your project.

Do you guys do PHP, Html, JavaScript and Flash?

Yes, though it’s not our main work load. We are happy to work in other platforms that complement your Django project.

How do we collaborate?

Once you sign on, we create a Trac environment for everyone’s sanity. It’s a place to list tasks, track hours, and host wiki documentation. It integrates well with SVN and Mecurial for easy linking to revisions and better tracking.

Can we try each other out for a small part of my project?

Yes. We know you have to find a great developer to fit your project. Our contract allows you to exit gracefully for any reason before 7 days. You are just required to fulfill your bill for hours used up to that cancellation point.

What happens if we really like the dev and want to hire him?

Good question. Our contract states you cannot hire any Bixly devs, as long as you are a client, or within one year of being a client, as explained in more detail in your contract. However, if you are interested in a dev buyout, talk with Bixly management to see if it can be arranged.

Cancellation

A contract can be canceled for half the price of the remaining hours. With exception of hours contracted and dates therein, all terms of the contract still apply after cancellation.

Refunds

At the sole discretion of Bixly, compensation for unsatisfactory services shall be limited to service replacement or a refund for the purchase amount of the service in question.

User agrees to destroy any digital copies of material produced by Bixly.
